Basic Terms & Conditions
Checking in time 15:00 p.m. check out 9:00 a.m. Weekly & Monthly rates are subject to a 15% increase in price during all Jewish Festivals, Summer Holidays 15th July - 31st August, from the 20th December - 5th January. Daily & Weekly rates are inclusive of Gas & Water. The first 100 units of electricity per week are inclusive of the price, additional units will be charged at 60 agurot/unit. Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received in full. There are no refunds for cancellations or changing dates. All Payments will be charged in NIS. All credit card payments and Paypal payments will be subject to a 3% handling charge. All damages will be the responsibility of the guests, a security deposit will be requested. Only kosher food may be used in the kitchens, and Jewish meat & milk laws must be strictly observed. RBS-A is predominantly Jewish orthodox area and guest are required to dress modestly at all times.
